Cancellation Policy

At L & J Dream Photo Booth, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure fairness and manage our bookings effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. This policy helps cover the administrative costs and potential loss of business due to the cancellation. Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes events need to be rescheduled. If you wish to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 30 days prior to the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled event. Last-Minute Cancellations: For cancellations made within 30 days of the event, the full deposit will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
