Booking FAQs

How do I book my date?

After your call with us, we'll send over a proposal. Once we receive your signed contract and retainer, your date is officially locked in.

Do you require a deposit to secure my date?

Yes, we require a nonrefundable retainer of 50% to secure your date.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better. We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance, since final payment is due 1 month before your event date.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You're welcome to cancel at any time, though your 50% retainer is nonrefundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

How much space and setup time do you need at my venue?

We need a minimum of 8 feet by 8 feet of space for the photo booth. We prefer to arrive at least 2 hours before your event start time to set up.

Do you travel outside of Connecticut and New York?

Yes, we're happy to travel outside of Fairfield and Westchester County. Reach out and we'll work out the details for your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle, cash, and all major credit cards.
